FEES: $100.00 covers up to 2 cars and vehicle owner. $50 for spouse/partner.


**Applicants using the same information & photos as last year there is no need to send new photos with form.

In consideration of inclusion as a participant in the 1st Annual Cars Cigars Guitars Car Show (“Car Show”). I (and my guests) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the “Car Show”, the property owners, event organizers and its members, agents and employees from and against all liability of loss that I and/or my guests, including family and friends, may sustain or incur as a result of claims, demands, costs or judgments arising from my involvement in the “Car Show”. I am aware that there are NO REFUNDS or CARRY OVER OF FEES, unless vehicle is not accepted for entry, then all fees are refunded, or credited to event entry, your choice. No judging or awards. As a condition of my participation in the “Car Show”, I grant the “Car Show”, perpetual and non-revocable permission to use my name, photographs and video in which my image and likeness appears in connection with my participation in the “Car Show” and further grant permission to display, publish, distribute, use print and reprint such images and likenesses, and the right to employ such images or likenesses in advertising and promotions relating thereto. All persons must be 21 or over to attend or participate. Pop up tents, chairs, and show accessories and props are subject to event approval and may be disallowed if not to show standards and quality at the sole discretion of the event staff. Show is on active turf (grass) in Concourse form, all vehicles must have a fire extinguisher at the rear drivers’ wheel and keys must be left in ignition or under drivers’ side seat (for emergency crew movement if necessary). Must follow all posted rules and instructions from staff.
